PUBLIC HEARING

The following public hearings have been scheduled for May 6, 2013 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.


1. Paley, Alan- 29-31 Hemlock Point Drive
(TM# 62.6-1-24, 25/File: 2013-0110)

On March 12, 2012, the Planning Board issued a Negative Declaration of Significance and granted Site Development Plan Approval, a Major Grading Permit and a Wetland Permit, all subject to conditions. The Site Development Plans were signed by the Planning Board Chairman on September 7, 2012. The proposed residence is now under construction and the applicant is proposing an amendment to the previously approved plans.

2. Lost River Associates, LLC. - Lost River Road/Hemlock Point Drive.
(TM: 62.-1-25& 62.6-1-20, 21, 23, 24/ File: 2012-0109)

The applicant is proposing a lot line change involving five parcels of land located
on Lost River Road, Hemlock Point Drive North and South, and Hemlock Point
Court and within the CD and R-3 Zoning District.

3. Bernstein, Ben-310 Lake Shore Drive
(TM# 30.18-1-61/File: 2011-0085)

The subject property consists of ±0.78 acres of land and is located on Lake Shore Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing an amendment to the previously approved site development plan.


4. 16 Lake Road, Inc.-Peekskill Hollow Road
(TM# 52.-3-45/File 2013-0115)

The subject property consists of +1.03 acres of land and is located on Peekskill
Hollow Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing to
construct a single family residence, driveway, septic system and water well.

5. HYH Subdivision â Brookside Avenue and Pudding Street
(TM: 41.-2-13 & 41.15-1-3/File: 41./206/1040&1041)

An application has been filed for a proposed 15-lot subdivision with a
proposed private road on approximately 236.51 acres of land located in the
R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will review the revised Scoping
Document.
